Fall

Its really becoming fall here which is beautiful and colder. Of course its got nothing on Ontario with our rolling hills of brilliant colours. But its different here a couple weeks ago I hiked Pilatus with Rachael from Indianapolis.

It was a forty minute cog driven train up the mountain that we took. The steepest part was a 40% 30 meter stretch. The sights were cool and we were so excited to see the rest of the mountain.

We got up early (I woke up at 5:20) so that we'd be the first up. These are the views from the top all around. It was breathtaking and beautiful. We then decided to hike to the end of the ridge we were on and then come back.

("want to give my mom a heart attack?")

(If you look closely at this picture you can see that 2 feet from either side of me is a very steep drop)

It was an awesome day and the views were gorgeous, I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

Now that Fall Holidays are done school is a lot more fun. I learned a lot in Korsika so now I understand so much more in class. I don't spend time searching for words and I only have problems when I don't have the translation. I can answer some questions in Biology and German and sometimes Art. Physics has become bearable now and now that I actually have input in experiments my physics teacher likes asking me about Canada and North America and is a big Big Bang Theory fan. All in all life's good and getting better everyday. The train ride everyday is cool and I try and talk to people I see around school. I love being the exchange student because everybody doesnt think you're weird, they know it.
Yesterday I skipped school to explore Zurich with my host aunt which was AWESOME I'd be in Zurich with other exchange students but when a Swiss is touring you around you actually get facts. We weren't aloud to take pictures of in the churches but I got some good pictures anyways.

I was on top of this one

Thats all from me for now, keep up with my adventures in Switzerland!
